Remote Contract Administration and Management Services Canterbury

The most widely used forms of contract in New Zealand include time bar terms which stop claims for variations and extensions of time if you do not notify your client, within a certain time. A lesser number also state that if you do not respond to your subcontractors claims within a certain time, then their claim is automatically accepted (NEC3 contracts for example). Contract Control can monitor your correspondence in real time and notify as required, or propose to you responses. We tailor create contract notices to suit your company, contract and project. We provide daily, weekly and monthly reports which identify the needs of the project and how and why they were met.

How we can help

We can monitor communications as an overseer and advise the team on an ongoing basis and suggest improvements to communications to mitigate commercial and contractual risk for your organisation. Examples are when to use contract instructions, how you would correctly deal with a delay notice or a repudiation of contract; or how to respond to unfair claims.
