General F.A.Q

Fees vary depending on your requirements.

Quantity surveying ranges between $85.00 ph & $145.00 ph depending on experience required.

Programming services are $125.00 ph.

Construction management services typically range between $150.00 &$180.00 ph depending on the experience required and type of construction.

Contract review services are $125.00 ph, however for large contracts a fixed fee may be provided.

No Win NO Fees dispute services may also be available subject to terms.

All fees noted are exclusive of GST.

All fees are confirmed via electronic offer for customer acceptance prior to proceeding with services.’

‘Our company can provide 3rd party legal representation where required but usually we perform much of the work prior to engaging legal representation to minimise our customers costs. The Construction Contracts Act 2002 enables a lay person to represent another during adjudication dispute proceedings. This is an option however we often work closely with legal representatives where required.
